1. Snow removal operations in parking areas
Final clean up of parking areas will be executed during the day following the end of precipitations (visit our website). It is the customer’s
responsibility to remove it’s vehicles from the snow removal area. All parking occupied by a vehicle during these hours will be cleaned up at
the next precipitation only.
The final cleaning of condominiums will be done according to the schedule posted in the entrances.
The day of garbage collection, please ensure that your snow removal area is not blocked by your garbage or recycling bin. All obstructed
parking will be cleaned at the next precipitation.
Clients are responsible for the designation of a safe place to pile up the snow.
We will bear no responsibility for any damage caused to fences, trees, buildings or other property located near the designated snow piling
areas.
Inclined and icy parking should be covered with abrasives, otherwise operations will be done only partially.
Any service call * made outside of the hours of operation (see our website for the status of our operations) may incur additional costs. Any
snow deposited manually or mechanically by the customer, after the final passage of the operator, will be considered as a service call
generating additional costs.
2. Manual snow removal conditions (if included in agreement)
Manual snow removal will be done only at the end of precipitation and two (2) times during storms with heavy accumulations (over 15cm).
3. Limitation of Liability
We provide our clients with two (2) boundary poles to mark their driveways. Clients are responsible for these poles and must advise us
immediately if one of them is broken or lost.
It is the client’s responsibility to mark with it’s own material any obstacle that needs to be signaled to the snow remover (ex: stairs, lights,
shrubs, picnic tables, electrical outlets, etc.).
We are not responsible for the accumulation of ice on the sidewalks or parking spaces due to hail or sleet. Clients may request de-icing when
needed and will be charged extra fees for the service.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by snow removal equipment used as intended (for instance, loose paving materials,
concrete edges, asphalt driveway or traces left by the Teflon blades, etc.).
Any damage must be reported to us as soon as possible by e-mail or by mail prior to May 1st of the current season.
No invoice will be accepted for repairs that were not executed by the Contractor, unless a written agreement is concluded in advance
between the two parties.
We are not responsible for damage to parking curbs, wall or other facility located in the first 4 linear feet from the sidewalk or city servitude.We are not responsible for damage caused by machinery to garage doors, if the parking has a negative inclination towards it.
